Very clean and comfortable studio apartment...Everything worked well including the much appreciated ample water pressure and availability of hot water in the shower although this can vary depending on what apartment you are actually given as there are many available under the name of PRS at One Palm Tree Villa....This particular apartment was well cared for and looked like it had just been given a face lift...I literally only had to wait 5 minutes to get in to the apartment as the housekeeper always seems to be nearby which is much appreciated after a long days travel...Very relaxing stay

Very clean comfortable room... Air-con is very efficient...room has a cozy feel and is situated on ground floor... Wi-Fi was reliable... Nice TV with YouTube available

great unit, location across the Manila Airport, large swimming pool and really good security in place.

just across the AirPort. very near to a Church, business centers, public transportation. the property is exceptionally clean. the wifi is fast

Very comfortable apartment within walking distance of Terminal 3 via the skywalk... In very nice location with many good food options.
